Optometrist - Las Vegas, NV

"I've been a patient for over 10 years, Dr Anderson is great so is the staff except for Vince. I was told bty Vince that my insurance denied the routine yearly exam claim. I've had the same insurance for years and suddenly claim denied. When I returned home I contacted my insurance who says claim was not denied and payment was sent to the doctor. I had already paid per Vince's insistence that my insurance had changed my coverage. Therefore exam was paid by me and my insurance. The insurance company contacted Vince and they say he was no help and would not listen to them. I was in the office 2/28/24 and asked Vince does he show claim was paid, OMG he started speaking to me like I was an idiot, telling me what insurance I have, as if I'm stupid. I simply left because it's apparent that being a long time customer means nothing and cheating a senior citizen is acceptable.Plus I refused to go back and forth with a liar. Also I sent Dr Anderson an email a few weeks ago about this, no response. So I'm out $49 and the pleasure of being cared for by a wonderful doctor."
