"He was always on time, I will give him that but always seemed distracted and almost disconnected. He came across as just “off”. My mother didn’t feel like she was able to speak to him openly about her concerns because he was just very cut & dry. Surely that works for someone but not a good fit for my mother. His bed side manner just wasn’t what was expected. We would have preferred someone who could help her physically but also be personable and kind which we didn’t get from him. "
