"These guys are bad news. Read the other reviews. Only 2 & 1/2 stars out of 5 on Yelp. My doctor sent a referral to them. They took forever to get back to me for my first consultation. They told me both my insurances were accepted and come in for referral. I did. They gave me like 30 pages of paper work to fill out and didn't even read it all. I know they didn't because they hustled me through the doctors while I was still filling it out and I only completed it on my way out the door and gave it to receptionist. She said she would call me after my second insurance was accepted; I said: But, you had all this time to check them out (couple of weeks) and told me to come in for this consultation because I was approved. She said No, second insurance not approved yet. Who schedules you for a consultation if second insurance not approved yet??? They called me three weeks after that to schedule me for a sleep over. NO WAY!!! I called them back to tell them I'm not coming & everyone was busy and message machine told me to leave a call back. Forget it! Not gonna waste my time on the phone with them. They are too screwed up administratively; gonna go someplace else. Would not feel comfortable sleeping over in that place at all."

"Showed up to the appointment I had scheduled over a month ago to find the office locked, no lights on, and a for rent sign in the window. I call the phone number on the documents provided and was told he closed the practice. I received no notice."

"This was my 1st visit with Dr Rosenstein. He was thorough and made me feel at ease. We reviewed all the materials I brought with me and took the time to discuss my issues. I highly recommend him."

"Have been trying since Sept 10th to get an appointment as I referred by my physician. Called at least 4x since 9/10/18. Spoke to someone last week who took my info and said they would call back. Never did. Then I called Aetna to report their horrible customer service. They called for me and got someone on the phone who took my info- AGAIN, said they will call AETNA to verify my coverage, and would call me back. "Ashley" said that if she does not get back with me to call her back. Well, she never called back and when I tried to call her back, the call to her went to VM. So done with these people! Horrible customer service. "
