"Went in for my yearly physical in late November of 2021 and took a comprehensive blood test as part of the exam. When the results came in Dr. Bedrock made sure to contact me immediately as my readings showed I had previously unknowingly reached high enough glucose readings to be considered diabetic. I was able to book a follow up very quickly and she did a good job of explaining how serious my situation was and what I need to do to change course for the better. It is now July of 2022 and my blood readings have improved dramatically. I thank Dr. Bedrock for helping catch and improve a situation that could have gone very bad for me."

"Office staff has no clue on how to reach the provider they keep saying provider they don’t say doctor. Office staff has no clue what prep is or how it works.TRUVADA is a daily pill taken for people that are sexually active for preventative care for HIV. I asked if the doctor would need to see me once every three months or if I would just do labs this office personnel has no clue what the doctor would want or need. They also don’t know anything about lab services or prep. Calling them was a complete waste of my time. "

"I chose Dr. Bibi as my primary when I moved in to Las Vegas a couple of years ago. I did not have problem seeing the Dr. the first time. She is part of the UMC providers that Medicare list. As I stayed with Dr. Bibi and tried to communicate with her at the Nellis office, I started getting no responses on messages. I have to leave a call back phone to call me back on any medical or non medical inquiries. It comes to this point that I have to repeatedly leave a phone call back to get answers. I have pending inquiries that up to now are unanswered. As we get older and pro-active in our health, I tried to manage my doctor's visit to prioritize what is urgent or not. She is a decent practioner but the office environment she is in has very poor management/response. I don't know how current and previous patients rate her service as 5stars. Service includes the doctor's response, her diagnoses, the staff and interaction. I can not agree to give her service a 5 star. It may not be her fault but the overall review reflects on how a patient gauges her services. I am contemplating on finding another provider but the selection of providers here in Las Vegas sucks compared to Los Angeles/Orange County areas."

"Down to earth provider. Great listener, teacher and healer. First time i didnt feel rushed by a provider. Saw him for psychiatry but he took his time to discuss my overall medical conditions and teaching."
