"My appointment was at 8:50am and it is now 9:45am. What is the point of making an appointment if you’re going to make me wait an hour. I’m going to switch DR. Also this clinic isn’t the cleanliness. He is old and sighs a lot and seems frustrated. Also gives me a little bit of the creeps "

"Prior to seeing Dr McCraw I was seeing another for over 2 years not being to urinate asked about how or what we could be done to solve the cathedrae problem only to be told needed more test after test. On my first visit with Dr McCraw told me what needed to be done to and set a date for surgery. When the surgery was done and I was in recovery Dr came to see if I had any questions or concerns I asked him when when he do the surgery he said it was done and once I am ok I can go home no pain week later I was back to normal . My only issue was why didn't I find him sooner and avoid 2 years of pain. He takes the time to explain any and all issues you may have the nurse an office staff are kind wait time was 5-10 minutes . Am si=o glad I found a Dr that cares and helps you get back to yourself in a short time "

Just had a follow-up appointment and I have to say how impressed I've been throughout the experience. He and his support team are friendly and happy to talk everything through. "Went in for a consult to get my tonsils out. Due to many issues with having them in. Dr. Kim then referred me to the place where they would do the surgery as it would not be him. Once the office sent over the referral to schedule surgery I was told that since it was a new office and new doctor I would need a whole new consult and the referral that was sent doesn’t mean anything. So I went to see Dr.Kim for no reason apparently "

He takes time to explain the procedure, recovery, and gives you phone numbers that real people answer. The two surgeries were separated by about four years and I was expecting to see new staff.
