"My appointment was at 8:50am and it is now 9:45am. What is the point of making an appointment if you’re going to make me wait an hour. I’m going to switch DR. Also this clinic isn’t the cleanliness. He is old and sighs a lot and seems frustrated. Also gives me a little bit of the creeps "

"I’ve met with Dr. Mercado twice (in person and digital). Everybody in the office from front desk to MA has been pleasant. Her office is very clean, warm, and aesthetically pleasing; I instantly felt comfortable. She’s thorough/responsive through the app and reviews all lab results in a reasonable time. She also doesn’t make you feel like she’s rushing you out of her office like some other clinics. She’s the 2nd provider I visited in 2024 and I had a significantly better experience with her.
