"Went in for a consult to get my tonsils out. Due to many issues with having them in. Dr. Kim then referred me to the place where they would do the surgery as it would not be him. Once the office sent over the referral to schedule surgery I was told that since it was a new office and new doctor I would need a whole new consult and the referral that was sent doesn’t mean anything. So I went to see Dr.Kim for no reason apparently "

"doctor Swartz and the office staff is the worst doctors office visit ive ever had by a wide margin!!!....long wait time[1:15] and when I finally got into the exam room[dirty] she keep leaving the room to deal with her fathers issues on the phone.i told her I could return another time and that she should go and help her dad.she declined my offer and still kept up with phone calls and texts dealing with her dads issues.CLEARLY SHE WAS NOT FOCUSED ON MY MEDICAL NEEDS!!!!....she had a roll of toilet paper instead of a box of Kleenex ,the whole office looked "LOW RENT" AND DIRTY!....I wound up leaving before my appointment was over!...[ive never done that in my entire life].a few days later dr Swartz called me on the phone about my experience and I told her it was awful.i asked her to not charge my medical insurance provider and to refund my $40 copay[$42 dollars actually since they charge $2 to use a credit card!...never in my life has a doctors office add a $2 credit card fee].not only did she not refund my copay but charged me $623!!!...the very next day I was lucky and got an appointment with a different ent doctor.he was great and the office staff and service were awesome and that ent doctor charged about half the amount of doctor Swartz and did 3 time more tests and gave me good information as well.UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I EVER GO BACK TO SWARTZ AND I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE THAT NO ONE DOES!....id give 0 stars but the review app wont let me. id give negative stars if possible!!!"
