"I strongly do not recommend this doctor, TANIA CALZADA. My husband was rushed in 10/14/17 to Helene Fuld Hospital. His condition was extremely poor. He could not move, became pale, vomiting, sweating, but at the same time freezing cold. He was hooked up to an IV and fluids, as the doctors and nurses closely monitored him. The ER Staff was very comforting and attentive. After several hours, he was told they believe he had a stroke. More hours pass by, he is seen via Skype by a neurologist. Late that night we were told that instead he had extreme vertigo. He had actually gotten worse, so they kept him over night and told him possibly Monday as well. Well, the next day, Sunday, he was still in bad shape. He was seen by a few different doctors and nurses, all who told him he would not be able to drive or go to work for a whole week. Well, after this DR. TANIA CALZADA spending a mere 2 minutes of her time with her, not knowing the background of his situation, what he did for a living and see him still visably impaired....her instruction for his release was for him to work the very next day, Monday. We saw that and questioned the nurse and she said that she did not see that and it must be a mistake, so the nurse went to call this Dr. And NOPE, she did not change this instruction. He needs a cane to get around and should not be walking let alone driving and working. He will in fact be out all week, however, after coming in on an ambulance and spending 10 hours in the ER with a hospital stay overnight, this was her instruction. Shame on you DR. TANIA CALZADA and your poor judgment and lack of concern. I think you need to brush up on some MD skills. Even the nurse apologized over and over and said she was completely embarassed for Helene Fuld Hospital."
