"Dr. Shah is great and has extensive knowledge, but unfortunately, administrative shortcomings create a poor combination. On my 4th visit, I had to remind her of details from my previous delivery—something that should have been documented in my chart from day one. It's good that she's asking about past deliveries, but this information should be reviewed before the checkup. How can I trust a staff that hasn’t collected my records or informed me of any potential issues when time-sensitive matters are at stake? I ultimately had to switch due to these concerns."
