"I have been a patient for years and I have been totally disgusted with the amount of time he spends typing notes into his computer. He is too busy reading and typing notes to care how I feel or checking my issues. Which is horrible as his notes are not accurate and just copied from previous visits. More like a number and dollars than a patient. "

"I've seen Dr. Urkowitz twice and I've been very happy with the service. He's taken his time on both visits. I don't feel like I'm being rushed in and out like I do with a lot of other doctors. I haven't had to wait long for either visit. The communication and follow through of the staff could be a little better but otherwise I've been extremely happy."

"I am a new patient, and my first experience with the facility and the doctor was not a pleasant one. First, when driving up to the facility, the front sign was completely covered by trees and bushes and was very difficult to see. The driveway to park was also hidden and looked like a person's home driveway. There were two doors in the building and neither of them had a sign on it to indicate which one is the facility. After walking in, I noticed immediately the poor conditions of the place. The lobby was musky and dirty. The receptionist was nice at first until she made a racist comment when she was telling me a story about a previous patient of theirs and how that person filled out the "Race" part of the medical form incorrectly. This immediately set me off. I then was called into the patient room only to be more disgusted and uncomfortable. The small room was extremely disorganized, with equipment, wires, and furniture arrangement all over the place. The chair was filthy and ripped. The carpet and rugs were stained and smelled. Then, there was the doctor's desk, which was covered in medical equipment all over the desk, leaving him with 2 inches to move the mouse for the computer. The sink in the room was filled with equipment and couldn't even wash my hands if I wanted. At this point, I wanted to walk out as I was disgusted and felt very uncomfortable, but I was sick and I figured I'd give doctor benefit of the doubt and check me out. After Dr came in, he seemed uninterested and unhappy. His body language was off-putting and greeted me without a smile. After asking me 100 questions that I already answered on the medical form, he finally went to check me out, but he was using the equipment that was littered on his desk. I asked him a question about a problem with my eye, so he Googled it, instead of telling me to see a specialist. Overall, the experience was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I never seen anything like this before. I wanted to leave only after 5 minutes of being there. If anyone is looking at this place as a new patient, I recommend you look elsewhere."

"I saw this doc a few times over a two year period. She was probably the only one I've experienced that actually took time with me as a patient as opposed to rushing me in and out of the office. She was pretty thorough, and even found something that my prior doctor failed to identify. "
