Primary Care Doctors - Oradell, NJ

"First, this location should have mentioned that the previous Doctor who had this location had retired and the other doctor was taking over his patients which have made things extremely difficult in order to obtain an appointment with her. When trying to make an appointment, Peggy in the front desk is one of the rudest personnel I have met by far. She is extremely insensitive and does not assist you when you have a medical emergency. She does not tell you when she has open hours on certain dates and has you wait about two weeks until you see her. Also, if you need to speak to the doctor in regards to a prior matter, she will not give you a time the doctor will give a call back and just be abrupt and hang up. Other employees in the office are more helpful in assisting in this matter. Once you have booked an appointment with the doctor, you have to wait another 20 minutes until she can see you. Dr. Erguder will try to do her diagnosis as quickly as possible to move onto the next patient. She did not seem to take her time with the medical issues I presented to her and just rushed the appointment. If you want a doctor who is more thorough and asks questions and actually cares about their patients, I would not recommend going to her. I am disappointed with how badly this facility is now being ran."
