"Had a confirmed appointment for a telehealth consult for a new patient. Understanding that sometimes there are tech issues, people might run late, I was prepared 15 minutes before my appointment time and made sure I would have a private place to speak for about an hour. After about half an hour after scheduled time I tried calling the office-voicemail, I tried again after an hour had passed, again-voicemail, again after 1.5 hours. Finally after more than 2 hours had passed, I was able to speak with someone. The staff was very apologetic, super patient (I was furious) and offered to reschedule my appointment. I did not make another appointment, I feel that my time is not less important than anyone else! Had I received a call, text, email letting me know that the Dr. was running late, I’m very confident I would have been accommodating, definitely less frustrated and angry. Therefore I find this practice unprofessional and totally irresponsible. Rather than relieving stress, they created it! "
