"DO NOT USE NEW JERSEY UROLOGY/Summit Medical Group OR THIS DOCTOR! My first visit with Dr. Mueller consisted of him going in and out of the room to answer his cell phone. I did not have his undivided attention. He later came back into the room and told me that I had two options. The one option was a Urolift. I discussed this with my PCP that I have had for 30 years, who usually agrees with the specialist, but this time he was adamant that this procedure should not be done as he has seen negative results with damaging side effects. I also spoke with an internist friend from another hospital who also agreed that this was a bad procedure. Another doctor from Penn also said that he is not a fan of this procedure. Moving on to my next visit. Upon telling him that my PCP recommended that I should not get this procedure and stay on the medication, Dr. Mueller's comment to me was “that's terrible advice". I did not appreciate that comment as I found it insulting to my PCP who I have had for over 30 years. So, Dr. Mueller then changed his tune and said that I wasn't a good candidate, and I should have a different procedure. Additionally, I had some follow up questions from his notes which took him two weeks for him to call me back. He finally called me back at 8:18 in the morning, when I was not available. After leaving both voice and email messages, I still have not heard back from him, only his assistant, whom I still have not spoken with and do not intendent to at this point. So, I went for a 2nd and 3rd opinion at Jefferson and Penn. Both doctors said that I did not need to have any procedures at this time and to remain on the medication, validating the opinion of my PCP. My conclusion from this practice and doctor was that they are money grabbing butchers who are only interested in their bottom line and not treating individuals with proper care, respect and considering the whole picture. I have had back and nerve issues which there seems to be a consensus that this could have an impact on my problem. He NEVER took that into account. I will never set foot in this practice again. Although, in the future, I may need to have something done, it certainly will not be with this doctor or practice. Go to a real Urologist from a reputable hospital like Penn or Jefferson. "

"Dr Krishnan is excellent. He has great bedside manners, he takes his time in explaining things, listens to you. He makes you feel very comfortable and easy to talk with. He operated on me to remove a very a large bladder diverticulum which was successful. I am truly grateful of him and his operating staff. I had 2 other urologists before him and he's the best one so far for me. I highly recommend him. "
