"1. I never received a bill in the mail for an amount due from my end. Front desk told me to “ask the insurance company” which did not make sense. I had to come in just to be able to know and pay the amount I owed. 2. I was marked as having a previous session on the insurance bill, even though I visited only once. Was told to ask insurance for the reason, insurance said to ask the provider. 3. Was told to do a walk in for a blood test, but the wait time was over 2 hours. This is impracticable for people with jobs "

"Waited 2 hours and did not receive any attention after providing my extensive medical records and history to attendants. Dr. Fontanazza was chatting with a friend in his office for over 1 hour while I waited across the hall. This place is over-packed with walk-ins, no real order of arrival or respect for patients time. They take advantage that it's the only place in area and have a captive audience."
