"If you actually care about getting your prescriptions and not having to call every day to get them filled then go somewhere else. On at least 3-5 different occasions I had to continually call to check on whether or not a prescription was sent and it was not. Whether it was a medical intern, nurse, or reception, there seems to be a black void they throw requests into and you have to hope it goes through. Not only that, once he made me come in once a month (and also charged me for tests and checkups) which were completely useless. I didn't realize it after the fact and demanded that I don't need to come in monthly anymore just because he was holding my scripts hostage. Would also forget what dosage I was on. They were all pleasantly incompetent."
