"I went to visit Dr. Dave because I heard from other people in my area that she’s a very kind and helpful doctor. When I went she was kind, however it felt like I was just another patient. I tried voicing all of my concerns with my health and she kept interrupting me and felt like she rushed my appointment. This was very upsetting and also frustrating with the amount of money people pay and how long we have to wait to see someone just to be told to “take more vitamins and lose weight” within 10 min and that be the end of the appointment. I understand sometimes that’s all it is for SOME people, but it wasn’t the case for me and wish she just listened and taken more time to do a proper diagnosis and request a full check up for my blood tests. It just felt like she wasn’t thorough enough. Fast forward a month later I saw another doctor about my issues and was properly diagnosed with a chronic disorder. I hope she wasn’t like this with other people and maybe it was just a bad day, but I shouldn’t feel like just another number/patient to get through for the day. Also when I was here the office staff in Newton on High Street were not very kind to new patients. They were very impatient and unwelcoming. I couldn’t tell if it was because there’s a bunch of them talking on the phones at the same time and helping people so it was overwhelming for them or what but it wasn’t a pleasant experience. "

"Dr. Theune has been my doctor for several years and I appreciate the way she listens and gives practical advice. Her referrals to other doctors when needed have always been to highly respected physicians as well. "

"Dr. Segaram and his staff, from Day 1 of my medical journey with him, have been nothing but kind, patient (my anxiety can cause racing thoughts as to what the worst-case scenario is before I even walk into his office), and very conservative regarding my care. He is not the type to throw pills at me just to see what will stick - and he will immediately remove medication from my protocol if I report adverse reactions to them (he doesn't wait until a small reaction turns into something bigger). He is also very realistic - he doesn't indulge my occasional fantasies. He explains everything thoroughly and carefully so we are both on the same page. His office staff, Gina, Judy, and Mrs. Segaram, are the BEST at what they do. They relay messages to the doctor ASAP and are ready with answers for me. They are also punctual when renewing existing prescriptions. Everyone's bedside manner is exceptional. "

"Doctor O is so attentive and nurturing of her patients and my husband and I would highly recommend her to anyone interested in total health care. She is very detail oriented and listens to everything. Does not prescribe unnecessary drugs and is always using alternative methods of prevention to health and explains why. Love the staff and office!"
