"This doctor, and her staff, are the most miserable people I've ever had the displeasure of meeting. Dr. Neiman is only concerned about money. The rude staff informs you regularly that they will not treat you unless you agree to an annual physical. What they fail to mention is that the physical includes extraneous procedures that are challenged by the insurer resulting in the burden being shifted to the patient. Not only are the staff rude, but they are also incompetent. There are two people in the entire practice that are decent human beings. The rest are trash. When the incompetent staff makes a mistake, they blame the patient. When they call and leave a message, they don't leave any details. When you call back, the staff has no idea why anyone would have called you. You then get a rude call telling you that your appointment has been canceled one day before, meanwhile recalling that they condescendingly reminded you not to do the same thing. To put a cherry on top, the "Doctor" then writes an insulting and borderline threatening letter to you. Terrible human being and should get out of her line of work if she hates people as much as she clearly does. If I had one thing kind to say about her, it is that I never personally met her in the two years of being one of her patients. Trash."
