"I saw Dr. Austin today for a lingering bug. He was great. He listened, he understood, he answered all my questions, he gave me options, he left no stone unturned. He was warm and friendly and caring. He is not my usual doc but I write here because my visit was so favorable. He made it easy and effective due to his personality, on top of his skills. I think the trait we all want in a doctor is "conscientiousness," and he's got it."

"I am 65 years old and have seen a fair number of physicians in my life. Dr. Mozumder was by far the worst primary care doctor I've ever seen. My annual physical consisted solely of a 20 minute debate about vaccinations, with her pushing the C-19, flu, and shingles vaxxes. When I declined, she showed no interest whatsoever in continuing the exam. Since this visit, I found out that physicians were being financially compensated by the insurance companies for meeting vaccination quotas and I can't help but wonder if that was her motivation. My wife had the exact same experience. I'd strongly recommend selecting a different doctor for your needs"

"Rotten bedside manner. If you aren't over 65 I suggest go elsewhere. He obviously is going through the motions and doesn't care at all. He doesn't even pretend to care. He will talk over you, while asking questions has his back turned. I have seen him 3 times, as I thought maybe he had a couple bad days. However, after 3 visits and is still rude and making me feel like I am wasting his time."
