"Horrible post infection surgery was mismanaged by Dr. Summers. Was told multiple times that it was ok by the dr and his staff. Weeks of fevers and overall fatigue led to necrotic wound site that had to be treated by a wound clinic. Had to ask multiple times for a referral to wound center (took over a week) while being told by Dr. Summers that it looked fine. Wound Dr said I should have been in his care at least a month earlier and it would have never healed due to extreme deep infection. Would call and leave echart messages that would take days for responses. Horrible post surgical care. "
