"Dr. Christman has been my dermatologist since I moved to Raleigh. She is dedicated to medical dermatology. She has an eagle eye and the experience to spot any potential issues during my annual skin exam when she is screening me skin for cancer and other issues. The new office and staff are great. "

"Over the last 3-4 years every interaction is worse than the one prior. They just don't seem to care about the patients needs anymore. I've had multiple treatments to the same spot, and asked about new on my last visit - it was as if I needed to diagnose it myself. I've never experienced something like my last two-visits. Also, they had previously had me set-up everything in their newEST portal, took a biopsy and then my wait began... Portal, what portal? I only learned I was okay by postcard, WEEKS later. Oh, and I called for a new appointment because that spot is back (fourth time) and need to look at a new spot too. Shared I was an existing patient... no appointments for months. Sitting here now trying to find a new doctor - I can't wait months. Maybe it's for the best. Apparently they don't know how to resolve the tiny spot on my ear. I miss the way they used to value their patients."

"The staff at this office is clearly out of control. I witnessed on 2 occasions one in February and during a follow up visit on March 18th. Front desk and office personnel are extremely snarky, high & mighty and hostile. A patient ask if they could adjust the radio volume (which was very loud) in the waiting area and a staff member literally started yelling at the woman. Me and another patient were absolutely aghast at the way they treated the patient. I spoke up in the patients defense and they cancelled my appointment as ask me to leave. Save yourself the frustration and find another practice, I certainly did. On my initial visit I was not treated very nice and noticed no other patients checking in were either. I suspected the front desk team were just having a bad day.... apparently that was a regular day. Once I was assigned a waiting room, I waited 48 minutes for the Doctor to arrive.... They did not appear to be extremely busy so I'm not sure what the issue was but I think I know why they were not very busy, there are plenty of options in dermatology and I have chosen to seek another provider. Save yourself the time and frustration, pass this provider by. The practice goes by the name of North Carolina Dermatology Associates www.ncdaskin.com"

"I have been seeing Dr. Bain for two years. Very clean facility with adequate parking that is easy to find and get to. Never had to wait more than a few minutes (I'm generally a few minutes early). The staff is very polite, personable and their explanations are comprehensive and clear. I am very pleased with the actual dermatology services provided. Dr. Bain is a highly skilled surgeon, personable and I have high confidence in his exams, diagnosis and course of action."

"They make you wait a long time and when the doctor finally comes in, she doesn't examine you and only prescribes the same creams as your primary doctor. I waited several months for the appointment and I didn't feel comfortable with the service. I definitely don't recommend it."
