"I was referred to Dr. Polsky due to pain in my groin area. The check-in process was very smooth, but my experience with the doctor and nurse was disappointing. I felt rushed and left without a resolution for my painful concern. The nurse seemed constantly in a hurry. She performed an ultrasound on my bladder but did not provide any results. As I was getting dressed, she opened the door and left it open with my pants and underwear around my hips and my shirt pulled up to my chest. She just left and never came back. The doctor was no different. He kept trying to leave and brushed off my questions. My only concern was to understand why my groin was hurting so much, but his response was to make an appointment with my chiropractic doctor. Overall, it was a waste of time going to Carolina Urology. I will ask my primary care doctor to refer me to someone else who cares enough to help a patient in pain."

"I had a 5 minute appointment where they used a photo copy of the x-rays my dentist office sent over to diagnosis. I was forced to schedule the next appointment and was told by the nurse to call my dentist office and tell them what the diagnosis was. The office never sent my dentist office any information on their diagnosis or the proposed treatment and blamed me for not telling them. NEVER AGAIN!!"
