He takes the time to actually talk with you, and is willing to integrate conventional medicine with other options. He really listens! And he is responsive -- the staff is also kind and personable (hard to find that these days!)"

"The staff apparently don't consult patient records, as the prescriptions vary according to which PA sees you. I was told that I could not take my arthritis medicine twice a day as it might harm me. Okay. The PA made an appointment with me for 6 months out. My Rx ran out, and the pharmacy faxed over for a new one. They sent an OLD Rx for tiwce a day, and for only 30 days worth. Who the heck is right? I don't know anymore! I called the Dr's office and was told that I had to be examined every 3 months to continue the arthritis meds. So, confused prescriptions, NO communication, No one seems to be on the same page, and the result is confusion. I AM looking for a new primary care provider. Will NOT go back! "
