"When the apple is rotten - it is rotten... The same with Dr. Hillary Mosley... It only took 7 months for the complete story to be repeated again... And judging by this, the only conclusion can be made: DR. HILLARY MOSLEY SHOULD NOT HAVE HER LICENSE, SHE SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO PLAY WITH ANYONE'S WELL-BEING. I hope that it will be just a matter of time for her to loose her license, and never be allowed in the field again. The story that was repeated is almost exactly as it was 7 months ago, and that is why I simply re-post the previous review... The pharmacy operation that "Dr. Hillary Mosley" is in charge of at Walgreens in Charlotte, due to the negligence kept one of the patients waiting for the prescribed medications for 7 (!) calendar days, after the prescription was ordered by the physician. An even after this "forced waiting period" the patient was unable to receive the medication in requested quantity... Here is the exact course of events... Later, on the day when the prescription was forwarded to the pharmacy by the physician, the patient contacted the pharmacy and was told that the pharmacy is out of a particular medication the patient was in need of. It is necessary to mention that the medication was not some rather trivial one, prescribed for some minor conditions like a cough or a sour throat. No... That medication was prescribed for a very serious condition and, to say without any exaggeration, literally keeps the patient alive... So, the patient was told that the pharmacy is out of the necessary medication... Not a big deal. Absolutely.... At that time it was not a big deal at all. The patient was told that the medication WILL BE ORDERED, and in a couple of days can be picked up... Time went by - two, three, four, five, six, seven days... but the patient was not notified that the prescribed medications are ready for a pick up... The patient begun to worry a little, and contacted the pharmacy... The pharmacy response was... (again...) that they are out of the medication, and it needs TO BE ORDERED (again?!..)... Do you see the picture? ... After 7 days when the promise was made to order the medication, it, actually, WAS NOT ORDERED... What is it if not negligence? The patient waited for 7 (!) days just to hear (again...) that the medication still needs TO BE ORDERED... Wow... Please tell me - what is it if not negligence... But it is not all... It gets even more interesting... After the patient openly expressed dissatisfaction (tell me, who would not...), and the pharmacist realized that they are the ones who is at fault (since the medication was simply not ordered 7 days ago...), and also realized that the patient is completely out of the medication, which this could lead to some potentially serious consequences... So, after realizing this, the pharmacist "magically finds" the requested medication (obviously, out of the pharmacy reserves and NOT because the medication was ordered in a timely fashion)... and, still, not in the quantity that was requested... The patient was told to come in 2 day to pick up the remaining portion of the medication.. So, in 2 days the patient comes back to pick up the remaining portion of the medications but... guess what... just to be told that the remaining portion of the medications CAN NOT BE GIVEN because the pharmacist finalized the insurance claim only for the part of the medication that was "magically found" two days ago... In other words, the pharmacist, anticipating the complaint, tried to structure the situation in such a way that it would look like nothing wrong was ever done, and the patient received the medications in the quantity that was "requested"... The only thing that the pharmacist forgot was that the patient was prescribed 4 medications in total: three of which were refilled in the requested 3-months quantity, and only ONE medication (the one that was not ordered on-time, and the patient had to wait for 7 days) was refilled in 2-months quantity... Strange, huh?... The patient requested all other medications for 3-months quantity, and somehow the one that is really important was only for 2-months?... Strange, very strange... just to say the least... And to make things worse, now, after the insurance claim was finalized by the pharmacist, the patient CAN NOT GET the remaining portion of the medication... In other words, in her attempt to cover up her initial negligence - not ordering the medications on-time after the first initial request - the pharmacist, "Dr. Hillary Mosley", made things even worse by leaving the patient - very ill person - WITHOUT the initially requested quantity of the medication.... Now, after reading this, judge for yourself if "Dr. Hillary Mosley" should be trusted with the well-being of other people, and if you should put your trust in her "caring" hands... "
