"Scheduled a wellness visit which is no out of pocket cost to me, but paid by insurance. I was very shocked that Dr Hardy billed for an office visit in addition to that covered wellness visit. Nothing was discussed outside of the wellness visit. She asked me questions regarding things in my chart, refilled scripts, and did a quick check before I went to labs. I asked no questions about anything else as I know for that works. 2 weeks later I went back for something else, so she didn’t have to cheat me out of the money the first time as I was going to use her again. This should not have happened, it’s unfair practice, not to mention a scam and I will not return. "
