"I had the misfortune of going to Spartanburg Regional while Dr. Puciaty was there. I went in for a small bump on my head to make sure it wasn't infected in March 2020. They said they could drain it for me and while she was in the room, I asked how much that would cost and was told $300. She basically drained a large zit and then the scumbags at Spartanburg Regional sent me a bill for an additional $1500. When I called and said that I was told $300 while the doctor was present, they said they would check with her and ask about the pricing. They came back to me and said she said their billing was correct. Spartanburg Regional is a trash organization only interested in ripping off their customers and obviously she fit in well. Do not trust her."
