"Dr Bates was assigned to me when I started at St Elizabeth's Behavioral Health clinic. I have been under treatment for 2 years by my previous doctor. She was extremely rude, talking down to me the entire time. She made me feel like everything I was feeling was my fault, and made me feel like dirt. I will never go back to her again, very snobby. And don't get me started on the office staff, probably the worst I have ever been treated by medical professionals. Extremely rude, they will stare at you through the window and raise their finger telling you to wait. Once I had to wait while the lady at the window was sending a text message. St Elizabeth is usually good, but they really dropped the ball with this practice. "
