"I'm a 79-year-old great-grandmother, I've been a patient of Doctor Russell Kemm for over 20 years and shall remain so for the rest of my life or when he retires, whichever happens first. I appreciate, greatly, his manner of being straight-forward in his dealing with whatever ails me, yet kind and comforting whenever it is called for. He has never disappointed me and has always listened to me whenever I have any medical problems (and those are many). The "icing on the cake" would be his wonderful office staff. Yes, I did say "wonderful", and MEANT it! They always make time to listen and assist whenever I have a problem, and are willing to work with me when I need to change an appointment or ask a "dumb question".
