"Saw Dr Cil for the first time on 4/12/17. He was very nice and explained what needed to be done to fix my arm. He got me on his surgery schedule for 2 days later. on the day of the surgery, he came in and explained again what he needed to do to try and repaired my fractured elbow. He was very thorough in explaining what all him and his team were going to have to do as there was severe damage to my elbow. After the surgery, he met with my wife while I was in the recovery room and explained what had been done and what she needed to do to help me. Dr Cil cares about his patients and takes the time to explain what needs to be dne and what procedures he may need t0 perform. He takes the time to answer all questions a patient may have. He and his staff are awesome. They are true rock stars in my book."

"I was having severe hip pain. I went to Dr. Shaw. He got me in quickly. Everyone in his staff was amazing. Even the front desk was delightful to deal with. I was in and out of the office with a shot in my hip and walking without a limp within 2 hours. To me, it was miraculous. It's likely I'll need a hip replacement in the near future. Dr. Shaw, who is quite capable of handling the procedure, recommended ANOTHER doctor instead of himself. in other words, he could have done the procedure and earned the fee (and these are NOT cheap). It's refreshing to see someone skip the dollars and put the customer first. It's easy to see why in KC if you ask around, people that are "in the know", recommend this doctor. "
