"Dr Swords is an extremely warm and attentive physician. She is always accessible and receptive to my questions and concerns. She provides a thorough examination/interview at each wellness appointment. She is up to date on current screening recommendations and medications. She offers Telehealth as well which has been easy to use and worked with my schedule. My spouse and I are both very satisfied with the office staff and whole office experience. Highly recommend!"

"Called this practice because I had been there to have my shoulder looked at in 2019. That visit went fine. When I called about seeing a doctor today, before anything was even mentioned to me about what my problem was, or if they could help I was greeted by a lady that informed me i had to be a part of a special group to even see this doctor, which would require a $1800 dollar a year membership fee. Currently looking into how legal this is."

"I have been Dr. Pourakbar's patient for several years. I appreciate that together we have limited the number of prescriptions/devices I take/use. For example, we tried several anti-depressants before dropping them all, but monitoring my mental health. We dropped CPAP when my snoring stopped. I see him every four months for follow-ups. Still he insists on medications and procedures that I definitely need, including Covid-19 vaccinatons. I feel he is a friend as well as my primary care physician."

"He kept rescheduling my appointments, which he was my primary for pain management as I have years of documented records, and when I told him and his staff that I was looking for a new doctor that would be in the office, not between 2-3 offices and too busy to handle his patients they red flagged my chart as doctor shopping and pharmacy shopping!!!! I wonder with all the jumping he has done if they have him listed as patient shopping! I think its time to hire an attorney now, as he has made it to where I cannot get care anywhere because he didn't have time to see me when I scheduled my appointments a month in advance and they would call and reschedule me the day before my appointment for weeks to another month out. He has been a waste of my time and energy and have never met a doctor who is wrapped around his Spanish patients and doesn't worry about the rest. The last time I seen him, I told him in his office that I had seen two other doctors, just as a meet and greet, one being too far away for me and another I just didn't like his bedside manner and he waited til I left his office to flag me and when I have called to discuss this with him, it isn't his problem. I am not a junkie so don't flag me as a junkie, I have been on and off pain meds for over 20 years as I am too young to have surgeries yet and medical records to back up my problems and now he has me flagged and I cannot get the help I need, and in the 20 years of on and off medications I HAVE NEVER HAD A A PROBLEM, I don't abuse them, I lock them up, I don't call in for early refills, and always have been fine on my Urine tests and also my pill counts.... good to see that doctors are out for themselves, and really don't care. He has me so upset and in pain, but that isn't his problem. I have and will continue to tell everyone I know, DO NOT USE HIM! "
