Clinical Pharmacists - Northfield, MN

"Extremely rude, arrogant and terrible customer service. Went to pick up my prescription to help with symptoms of Covid and as he's getting my meds he proceeds to lecture me on how stupid I am to be in the store with Covid. I told him I understood that, but I had no one else to pick up the meds. That didn't stop him from telling me again how stupid I was and how I am putting everyone's life in jeopardy and loudly announcing what prescription I was picking up and that I had Covid to everyone in the pharmacy area. I took my meds and said under my breath thanks for making me feel like an a-hole and as I was walking away he turns back to me and loudly calls me an a-hole. I step back to him and asked if he really just called me that and he said "yes and get out of my store". I asked to speak with his manager and he said he was the manager and to get out. I asked for his name and he walked away from me into a back room. Thankfully, I found his name on the prescription information and was able to submit this review. This occurred at 7:12 pm on 5-10-22 in the CVS Pharmacy within the Target store located at 2323 Highway 3 South, Northfield, MN."
