"I cannot speak highly enough of Ingrid Sanchez! She is compassionate and so knowledgeable and met me where I was emotionally. I saw her in person for EMDR therapy once a week for about 13 months. She helped me work through childhood and adult trauma and my PTSD. Toward the end of our time together she helped me set up a "future template" to help me be ready for some major changes that were coming up in my life. I can honestly say I have grown emotionally and am the most emotionally balanced than I have ever been. I chose to work with Ingrid because she has knowledge and understanding of narcissistic personality disorder and how relationships with narcissists affect people.
