"This is a nasty, foul tempered, rude old lady with body odor. Clients are told to sit on a deeply sagging old sofa such that one is very near the floor, and meanwhile she is in a comfortable higher elevation chair on wheels, which she rolls more than halfway across the room so as to invade the clients personal space. She is incredibly combative and has an accusatory method of interacting. She plays weird psycho games by asking the same question repeatedly, apparently expecting different answers for reasons that are unfathomable. She is quite old, and perhaps has some kind of dementia that is causing her to behave in a hostile manner. "
