Primary Care Doctors - Temperance, MI

"Dr. Hackl, herself is mediocre. I feel she has changed over the years and seems to be all about money and co-pays She likes to order a bunch of unnecessary tests, and unnecessary return visits. The NP's I find are much better. Bradley and Amy are awesome and I prefer to see either of them. The office staff is RUDE and uncaring. I challenged snotty remarks from Charlotte and they attempt to send a certified letter. The staff acts like money grows on trees and they could care less about you. I am going to another doctor. I have waited two plus hours, multiple times, at an appointment because the doctor is ALWAYS, ALWAYS running late. I have never gone to an appointment and waited less than 45-60 minutes. Just not worth the hassle, waste of time. "
