"I am very happy with Dr Hasbany and his help with my medical concerns. He has taken the time to listen to me and explain not just the problem but how the solution is in fact a solution for me and he didn't just say "here take this". The office staff is friendly and polite but I find it is best for me to leave a voicemail and wait a couple days for them to get back to me if I have a question or need to make an appointment."

"I scheduled an appointment for a physical/checkup. I wasn't handed a gown, which I thought was odd, but was left a cup in case the doctor wanted me to provide a urine sample. I was waiting in the room for over an hour and 15 minutes. Upon Michelle entering, I requested a new prescription, a referral, and a checkup. I was told that she didn't have time for a physical and could give me a pap. While that was a kind offer, I was not in the gown for the pap smear and I had the sinking feeling that I could be there for another hour before receiving the pap smear. The communication was poor. After Michelle left from an anticlimactic appointment, I asked if we were done and she said no. The reason I had to wait in the room for another 20 minutes, you ask? To have the assistant tell me the doctor would like to see me again for a pap and a physical... cool! I had seen the doctor for maybe 5 minutes total without anything remotely medical happening but had the honor of being in the room for 1 hour and 45 minutes. While there may not be anything wrong with her as a doctor, I felt so incredibly frustrated with this experience that I'll be finding a new Primary Care Physician. I can understand a long waiting period but cannot understand why I wouldn't be seen for the reason why I made the appointment in the first place. "

"Very good doctor. Well educated in most medical topics. During al long length of time visiting her, I encountered a few situations which were less desirable concerning her staff, which was rare, but enough for me to lower a point on the rating. The Doctor was always considerate and polite."
