Primary Care Doctors - Grosse Pointe Woods, MI

"I had scheduled a 9am, just-as-the-doors-open appointment to avoid significant delays often associated with a visit to the doctor. Nobody before me? Can't get too many delays piling up! That's exactly how it seemed when I showed up and was ushered to my room at ~8:50am; Weight, blood pressure---check, check!... Now, let's just wait for the doctor... Nobody in any of the other rooms I can see. No sounds of any activity to be heard. No doctor to be found. I waited 45minutes before I chose to leave in order to avoid wasting my time and get to work. Again, this was the first appointment of the day in this office. I cannot fathom any reason why the first patient would be left waiting in excess of 45minutes that does not involve wanton disregard for his patient's time and patience. Just imagine how late he'd have been for the next appointments had I stayed? I think it's fair to expect he was late for those irrespective of my departure. I will not be returning."
