"Doctor is fine, the office manager is incompetent and it appears other staff are too. I went for an annual, and had to have procedures repeated (not because anything was wrong with me, but because something was wrong with what she was doing). She was nice about it which is why i kept returning to repeat the procedure. I was told i would only be charged once, since the error was theirs. I was instead charged 4 times, I spoke with the doctor, she said she understood this was her error, and would have it fixed. More than a year later, it still isn't done because apparently the office manager is never there. Every time i call, i'm assured the issue will be dealt with. It's been an incredibly frustrating mess. "

"I've been with Dr. Sloan for over 10 yrs. She does have a double standard regarding you can wait for her but if you are late she will not see you. The wait time to see her is very long. Also, the quality under her care has decline. If you do blood work you better make an appointment because you will not hear from the office if something is drastically wrong. You can't discuss any other aliments that you might have at the time. If you made an appointment is for back issue and you happen to have sinus issues at the time of your appointment, she will tell you to make another appointment to discuss the aliment. She says the insurance only pays her for what the appointment was schedule for. It's very disappointing. I had physical in June and it wasn't a good experience. I finally decided to move on. It was hard to due to location convenience but my health and time is more important. "

"Dr. Blake is a great doctor. She gives great advice and is patient and sympathetic. The only problems I had with her office is: Wait time is entirely too long during pandemic. I waited 1 hour and 30 minutes and could not wait any longer to be seen. The wait room for blood work was too small for more than 1 person and not ventilated. "

"Dr. Yola is a wonderful provider. My 9-year-old daughter loves going to see her. She is professional, caring, energetic, and compassionate about the care of her patients. She is thorough and gives the best advice, while answering all your questions and concerns. "

"We have been coming to the Largo office for five years and have noticed a decline in the front office staff’s performance. The Pandemic cannot be the blame for everything. The front office staff lacks true customer service finesse. It took three months just to get a letter saying my son had seasonal allergies (after they lost the form that I turned in). Also, they called five minutes before closing to tell me that a camp form was ready to be picked up but they would not be open until Tuesday morning which is also the first day of camp. I won’t even talk about all the personal conversations going on. I am so disappointed in the service that I am now looking to transfer to the Columbia office in hopes that they are better. "
