"Unfortunately I am leaving this doctor. She herself is a great doctor, very attentive and has bedside manner. She has been playing guess work on an issue I’ve had for almost a year though but her staff? Make you want to scream and pull your hair out. Her staff are insufferable. They are all rude, they hang up on you, the practice itself scheduling is so outdated and drug out. The organization of how they do things makes absolutely no sense and Karen needs to check them of fire them. They are all TERRIBLE!"
