"I worked with Ritu from July 2021 through November 2021 in her position at Optimal Wellness and Psychiatry. She provided prescriptions for my existing medications. I found her to be challenging to work with and unprofessional. She spoke to me about other clients and about her own personal stresses. I found appointments to be chaotic and brief. I do not feel like I was provided personalized care or like my needs were appropriately met. I have switched to a new psychiatrist and immediately felt more comfortable and respected in that appointment. Furthermore, Ritu did not file claims for any of our appointments but the first until January or February 2022. I would recommend seeking care from someone else. "
