"Love this Doctor and his assistant. New to area and was very hard to find Dr. accepting new patients. Firelands Physicians Group was in a transition to another facility. Getting in touch with Dr. Carnahan thru them was pretty hard. For older folks, the way they have communications set up for this group is not user friendly unless you are a young techi."

"If you want quality care with a physician who actually cares about their patients rather than just being a dollar figure- find another doctor. I have active cancer and received a certified letter stating that I needed to find another physician. No phone call, nothing. I have been a patient for over 10 years. In the past three years I have had a third major back surgery resulting in a full titanium spine, diagnosed with thyroid cancer in 2012, melanoma in 2013. I lost both of my parents unexpectedly and suffered thru a bitter divorce. Due to the cancer, severe depression and other major medical problems I am on numerous medications. Dr. Margaret Malaro was fully aware of all of this, yet I receive a letter in the mail stating I'm no longer a patient and need to find another doctor. Who does that? What type of "healthcare professional" does that knowing all of the issues that patient has/is suffering? Then kicks you when your already down by throwing you away as a patient! Dr. Malaro has ZERO compassion, ethical or moral character. You're just another dollar sign, not a person, not a human being. What kind of ethical physician, or person for that matter, does that?"
