General Dentist - Baltimore, MD

"There is a new receptionist since the virus outbreak. The previous receptionist was great. The new receptionist is a very controlling person that is picking and choosing what appointments she will set. Was put on a list and it seemed like service appointments were being controlled by the receptionist to be set. I called once to set up an appointment. When she called to set the appointment thinking I needed a root canal, to find out I did not need a root canal, she said she had to call me back after talking to the dentist? A lack of respect for the patient. Now she will not answer my call and I am being forced to find another dentist. Very off putting. I cannot comment on Dr Collins, I never met him and the best dentist I received service from is not there anymore. All of the other dentists I received service from were still nice. Their website needs serious work. The office is very cute in a house in Hampden. Younger support staff ladies are very nice and kind. However, since the receptionist is the first line of communication, I do not recommend this dentist."
