"This practice is very backward, no email, very primitive computer system, making appointments is a challenge. It is very difficult to get a referral outside the small pool of Winchester hospital specialist that are tied to the practice. This is clearly outside normal behavior of most practices and is why I am changing primary care physicians. I would NOT recommend this practice if having freedom to choice a specialists(without hassle) from the complete list of physician in your insurance network is important to you. The staff is rude and unhelpful."

"Dr. Alejo is very unprofessional. I really wanted to like her but after it took us 4 weeks to get an appointment with her and then she NO SHOWED to our appointment that we were very much looking forward to…I determined that she doesn’t respect our family’s time and it is a poor reflection on her professionalism (or lack thereof). She was also very condescending in the phone message she left and did not even address me by my name in the VM. I will NOT be working with Dr. Alejo and would not recommend her to anyone. Also other reviews here have confirmed that she is like this with other patients…so disappointing!!"
