Rachel establishes security, a trusting “friendship” first , and despite not knowing anything more than seeing my daughter adores her time with Rachel, I’ve also seen my daughter make major progress is self advocacy. As a parent, Rachel is easy to work with and I believe really puts patient first at all times and even juggles hectic schedule to accommodate them before all else.
