"Disappointed with poor bedside manner and even worse follow up. During my first visit with the doctor, she barely looked at me while we spoke, asked very few questions, and spoke condescendingly about my health decisions. After my visit, my testing came back early on a Friday but she did nothing to notify me even though the test showed I needed treatment. The only reason I knew about the test result was because it was in the patient portal, and I had to call the office multiple times and beg for help getting treatment before the weekend. Otherwise I would have waited almost a week for treatment from the time of my initial visit. I did not hear from Dr. Bookman at all during this time and was told she handles all of her patients herself and sends test results via letter. I will be transferring from her care ASAP."
