"Dr. Cruz was nice enough, but very difficult to understand. He has a heavy accent, which is fine, but also talks in circles. I kept trying to get him to tell me his conclusion and give me clear directions on what could be the cause of my issue and what I was supposed to do as a solution. My biggest issue with this office is how crowded and dirty it is. The waiting room is over-full of chairs, so you're sitting touching each other if it's full (ironic for an office dealing with skin conditions). The countertop in the exam room I was in had paint stains all over it and the cabinets were really out of alignment from overuse. These may seem like petty things, but it really left me questioning how they keep the place up, especially their sanitary conditions."
