"I was a patient of Dr. Browns over about 4 years. In that time, I found her care to be increasingly less helpful. She left the practice (KCIM) and I was happy to find a different provider. I had regular routine physicals with labwork but she totally missed an enlarged thyroid. My OBgyn caught in in my annual visit there about 6 weeks later. I had multiple cysts, had it biopsied and had several consults with an ENT about potential surgery, cancer, etc. I'm fine, but she examined my neck each time I was there and now when I look back at pictures from that time frame, it was clear it had been enlarged for some time. The folks doing the multiple sonograms also indicated that the number and size of the cysts would generally indicate something that's been there a while. Could be that they just appeared in the 6 weeks between visits, but I definitely wouldn't recommend her and she's not that pleasant or attentive as some others have stated. FYI."
