"Dr. Mark Walton saved me. I have a chronic, bacterial sinus condition that I had been to previous ENT's who had done more damage than good during surgery, trmt, etc. I was finally referred to Dr. Walton by my Neurologist who stated he was the only ENT that he would recommend to anyone. Dr. Walton got me in immediately and has since repaired the damage done by the previous physician as well as kept my disease under control. He knows his stuff, explains it in terms you will understand, is conservative surgery wise and works with your referring physician. His nurse is awesome and the office staff are great. I've never had to wait long to get an appt or once I get there, wait long to see the physician. I can call and just get advice when I feel something is going on and they are extremely prompt in calling back. I have referred Dr Walton to several friends and family who love him as well. I won't go to anyone else and I'm so glad my also excellent Neurologist, Arthur Allen, MD referred me to Dr. Walton. "

""Dr. Smith cut the inside of my ear canal during a "simple" procedure of tube insertion. Was also sent to collections on a separate note, for a visit that I paid in full. No statements or calls, just a notice from the collection agency. Completely unethical. When I tried to speak with billing management about the cut in my ear, she stated that "it's common for cuts to happen". DO NOT GO HERE. ""
