"I saw Dr. O'Boynick today for a neurosurgery consult. It was the saddest excuse of an appointment I have ever been in. His physician's assistant, Mark Pemberton, did the exam. While he was thorough, it was not done very well. I go to a neurologist regularly for migraines, so I know what a proper neuro exam should be. When Dr. O'Boynick did make an appearance he was in the room for less than 5 minutes, challenged me on the muscle weakness I said I had. Thank the universe I had my partner present because they spoke up and confirmed what I said was true. However, Dr. O'Boynick did not do his own physical exam or even go over my scans with me. If you are referred to him, I recommend finding someone else in your network or at least getting a second opinion and don't go solely on the word of this doctor or his assistant."

"Dr. Koranda saw the x-ray report, talked to me, did a more in-depth exam and found the x-ray report was not right. Very friendly. I think the staff is better now than years ago. Gladstone office."

"Dr Wait saw my son for a sports injury. He did a very methodic review and did not just start ordering a battery of expensive tests. He had a genuine concern for his recovery. He sought out a Baseball specific Physical Therapist and followed up with them on their evaluation. The office staff was very professional and courteous which was also nice. "

"During my surgery with Dr. Krissy I lost a lot of blood, according to the plastic surgeon in the room. I was released from the hospital a day or two after my procedure without any lab work. Two days later I was in the emergency room after passing out and I ended up needing two blood transfusions followed by several days in the hospital. I had an infection from the beginning that I battelled most of the year. The hospital called Dr. Krissy when I was admitted and she then called Dr. Leahy, the plastic surgeon and sent him there, with no concern about me the first words out of his mouth were " I really don't know why I'm here, she was the one that came in and out 3 different times due to excessive bleeding" I was floored to say the least. The doctor did not follow up with me, other than the standard follow up I had, that I paid for. Very poor service all around. Cancer is scary but if you don't do your research and get a good doctor it can be much worse, stay far away from this one."
