"Didn't fulfill his promise of reviewing my previous medical records prior to my follow-up visit. Did not address all of my concerns and refused to talk to me on the phone post visit or respond via patient portal. I was informed if I needed to talk to him, I'd need to schedule an appointment. Additionally, was prescribed an antidepressant when I was promised nausea medicine. "
