"If you want a Doctor to tell you how you should feel, make all your medical decisions for you because you are "ok" with following her blindly because you think Doctors know everything; then this Doctor is for you. BUT if you want a Doctor who will listen to you, taking your history into account and treat you like an intelligent person because you know your body best; Dr McGreevy is NOT for you!! In my family, the women always start menopause between late 30's and early 40's. At that time I was 40, right in the middle of this range. 18 years prior, the Navy had medically put me into menopause. So I when I started having identically symptoms, I knew that I was starting menopause, naturally. This causes issues with my Lyme disease. See when you raise your core temp (working out/hot flashes/etc), it causes Lyme to die, which leaves ammonia in the body causing havoc on the body, like anxiety, depression and other issues. So when you wake up in the morning in hot flashes, for who knows how long, and you haven't detoxed the ammonia, you can wake up with depression/anxiety. I have dealt with some really amazing doctors, who have taught me a lot about my body and how things work. I also have learned, sometimes you have to fight for your health. I'm a huge believer in "Don't just treat the symptom, you need to find the root cause". Dr. McGreevy stated I "was too young to be in menopause and that I was simply depressed and needed medication." She completely ignored my family history, and denied my request to see the GYN for menopause. I finally got her to agree to sending the GYN referral over, if I agreed to see her "counselor" for my "depression". So I saw her "counselor". Said counselor told me that I "while you do have a lot of stress (that's my life), I don't think you are depressed. You are doing all the right things and have all the right tools to manage it." The GYN that I saw, completely agreed with me and said "welcome back to menopause". There was zero arguments from the GYN about being in menopause, because she took my history into consideration, which Dr McGreevy clearly didn't. "

"He is an amazing doctor but not his staff wow he really needs to either talk to them or hire new staff. The way they talk to people is very rude. Suzane is who I encountered and I will not be coming back neither is my family. She is not the first staff my family has had issues with unfortunately. "

"I recently got new medical insurance and had to find a new primary care doctor. Dr. Zhu was very thorough and really listened to my concerns. He has a very agreeable and pleasant bedside manner. I made a follow up for 6 months to revisit. He did not hurry through the appointment and I was very relieved to have found him as a PCP. "

"Does not inspire confidence and when the computer is down he cannot remember that my wife has diabetes. Only orders labs when patient reminds him. After being assigned to him he refused to continue prescribing ms shots which the previous Dr did as all neurologists had left the hospital who had been seeing my wife. Wife had cracked ribs and emergency Dr said see primary in a week for followup and she called for appointment but when arriving they Said she did not have one but Dr worked her in. He said the computer was down so he was not aware of ribs and we hen she asked for a script for diabetic shoes he said he did not know she was diabetic! Going for her normal visit a month later she was told the Dr cancelled it after her rib followup and the nurse said we were told that which was not true! Due to us complaining to the nurse he called my wife k'm the phone and said he will no longer see us. Just as well as I have see begged my wife to find a better Dr and since he has never as addressed the severe headaches I have been having we really do need a better Dr. But is there such a thing in a country with the highest med costs and 25th in health care."
