Family Medicine practitioners - Sellersburg, IN

"First, this is a weight loss clinic even though she is listed as an "in network" doctor for Aetna. They promote weight loss shots and try to sell them to you while you are there. The office is old, dated, unclean and hot like the a/c isn't working. I waited over an hour in an empty office (just me and the woman at the front desk) for the doctor. The appointment was very short and she provided me with a new RX of medications I had been taking for 7 years. Three months later, I went to get them refilled and my pharmacy informed me they would have to call her for refills because she had only written them for 3 months. She never called them back. So, I started calling. I kept getting an answering service and left messages. She never called me back. About 4 days later, I finally got someone in the office who informed me I would have to come in before I could get refills. Unfortunately, I was catching a flight and wouldn't return for over a week. The front desk attendant finally agreed to call a one month RX in, but after 5pm. One last thing, from my first visit, her office didn't file or pass along my insurance information to the lab they used for my blood work and this resulted in a collections issue for me. What a joke this doctor is. I'm really shocked Aetna lists her as a care provider for their program and their paying customers."
